Your Data

One file with everything your account holds: your email address, when you registered and last signed in, your quiz progress and sessions, your assessments and certificates, and every email choice you have made with the version of the wording you saw. It is a JSON file, which any text editor can open.

Delete Your Account

Deleting your account removes your email address, your quiz progress, your session history, your assessments and certificates (their verification pages stop working), any feedback you sent while signed in and your email choices from our database straight away. Only the security log of sign ins, which the privacy policy describes, outlasts it, for up to 90 days, and our encrypted backups, which hold a copy for at most 30 days. It cannot be undone; if you come back later, you start again with a new account.
